Good news! A development deal has been signed between HBO and Sarah Jessica Parker, who previously starred in and executive produced “Sex and the City.” No, sorry kids, it’s not an extension of that series. But based on the people involved, we know it will be quality! The deal is not tied to a particular project at this time, but it will be exclusive to television. Our former Carrie Bradshaw is currently working on a film called “The Family Stone.”

For anyone who missed the debut of the new John Stamos sitcom JAKE IN PROGRESS last night, get ready for a fantastic new series. No wonder it’s the new show that is being called HOT! It was light, amusing, charming and extremely well acted by the entire cast. Seeing Jake in Progress reminded me why I had that picture of John up on my wall back in my teenage years … only now he’s better than ever! I swear - ABC has become my new favorite network.
