Well to celebrate Independance Day I have no concrete plans. I'd say for me on this fine 105' degree day, I am a fly by the seat of my pants partier. With my new black eye and the 9 stitches in my face and lip...some might think I have been celebrating for days...I wished...Just a simple swimming pool accident..or is it...HMMM? Inquiring minds will want to know when they see me if I was boxing with a shark or fell off the diving board. None the less, whether it be a fireworks celebration, a pool party, going to the bar with friends or just hanging out at home with family...make sure to salute and thank our country's fine men and women serving in the military, on USA soil and far away...Happy 4th of July America!

California ban on gay marriage ruled unconstitutional

Talk about happy people … A judge ruled Monday that California's ban on gay marriage is unconstitutional. San Francisco County’s Superior Court Judge, Richard Kramer, made the ruling yesterday. The ruling was a result of lawsuits filed by the city of San Francisco and gay couples involved after the California Supreme Court stopped same-sex marriages that were spurned by San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, who issued marriage licenses for gay couples despite the fact that it was against state law.

ANGELINA JOLIE GOES TO D.C.

We loved watching Angelina Jolie’s appearance on ABC’s Nightline on Wednesday night, detailing her work with the U.N. and her trip that day to Washington D.C. Her mission: To announce the launch of a new organization she helped fund...the National Center for Refugee and Immigrant Children... to protect young refugees entering the U.S. alone and provide free legal aid to the thousands of children who arrive each year as refugees and immigrants. How in the world would she have time for Brad Pitt?!

Michael Jackson to Jail?!

The judge ordered Michael Jackson’s $3 Million Bail revoked and issued an arrest warrant this morning when he didn’t show up for court on time. It turns out that Jackson was reportedly at a hospital 35 miles away, with complaints of back problems. The judge gave him an extension of another hour until 9:35 a.m. Jackson didn’t make the deadline, not showing up until 9:38 a.m., three minutes late.
