Boston is one of Top Ten U.S. Hottest Zips

Buying a house? Economists are saying that Boston is a top place to purchase, as related to 5 year price increases. I’ve never even been to Boston, but am familiar with the accent! With a 73.6% change in 5 years, and a forecasted change of at least 8% in 2005, it’s a hot market. Other zip codes in the Top Ten are: Chicago, Detroit, L.A., Miami, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington.
